Our Alumni are very generous with their help to the FFA chapter.
The Alumni sponsored us on our road trip to the National Convention in Louisville, Kentucky, paying for
some of the trip expenses.
Every year they buy the meal for the annual FFA banquet.
The Blue Valley FFA Chapter
holds a judging contest every year. The Alumni help by supplying the judging contest group leaders, providing the livestock
for judging, and they co-sponsor the livestock classes and the tabulating of the scores. They also supply our meal to be eaten
after the judging and reasons take place.
They also help by supporting us when we put on the meals for the Olsburg
American Legion every summer. They help with serving the meals, preparing food, and collecting money.
The Blue Valley FFA Alumni offer a 100 dollar scholarship for any FFA member from Blue Valley,
who has completed 4 years of Agriculture Education. They must also have completed a state degree or a proficiency application.
